If you sign an agreement or transact business with DIDC you agree to these terms of service written here.
YOU THE CLIENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR READING THE TERMS WRITTEN HERE. NO EXCEPTIONS. At the bottom of all Retainer agreements it states ( I agree to the terms of service written on the website and I am responsible for reading them) By signing that agreement and or doing business with I am legally bound by and agree to the terms of service.
The Customer May Join The CSA Delivery Service At Any Time. Cancellation For Any Subscription Must Be Made 30 days In Advance In Writing To Organicproduce@DIDC.coop. The Client Will Be Responsible For The Remaining Balance For The 1, 3, 6 Month Or Year. There Are No Refunds. However, We Do Stand Behind The Quality Of Our Food, If Any Food Is Damaged Please Let Us Know And We Will Make Remedies In Your Next Week’s Order.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

We take pride in offering high quality services and professional customer service. While we make an
effort to ensure every aspect of our service is to the client’s liking, we cannot control every variable. If any problem is discovered or error has been made, please report the problem to us immediately so we may take appropriate action. We are not responsible to replace a basket if the recipient is not at home, the wrong address was provided, or has been discharged from a medical facility. We cannot be responsible for Act of God occurrences that delay the shipment. We are not responsible for any allergenic reactions or illness do to the food consumption, to include preparation of recipes. DIDC accepts no liability for any produce. DIDC’s Only Responsibility is to deliver the ordered produce. DIDC reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
